We always tap into the power of the sun to dry our fruits and nuts outdoors. Our apricots grown in Malatya are hand-picked and hand-pitted and laid outside to dry naturally. Our farmers don’t use any machines to dry out the fruits. There’s no need for any of that as the sun does it all. We like to think of our fruits as being “sun kissed.” Each bite carries a little bit of sunshine and the sun’s energy, and you can taste the difference.
